At The OA, we are able to take the following commercial insurances for individual therapy: Blue Cross and Blue Shield HMO and PPO, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare.  We do not take Medicaid at this time, but may be able to offer a sliding scale fee on a first come, first serve basis. The cost of your session is determined by your individual insurance coverage. The OA can also to create a Superbill that can be sent to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for out of network providers. This is specific to your insurance company, so please confirm with your insurance prior to beginning therapy to ensure reimbursement.  

The OA also takes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, HSA/FSA, cash, and check payments.
