Email ahead and we can set up a phone consultation to ensure we can meet your needs prior to booking: katie@theoatherapy.org; We have two conference rooms available for rent, can use both or just one. Includes use of two restrooms, Wi-Fi, Television for presentations; in ceiling sound system-- can hook up to your Apple Music Playlist, whiteboard/markers, tables and chairs.
We also can offer packages that include options such as food setup/prep (snacks, breakfast, lunch, etc.), advertising, use of ticket sales platform, event coordination.
